ClinicOS
The product
IN DEVELOPMENTClinicOS is an administrative coordination platform for private medical practices. It is designed around the practice secretary rather than the physician, and it is in development — not yet available.
The problem
In a practice with two or three physicians, the day does not run on the physician. It runs on the secretary. The secretary serves the person at the desk, answers the phone and keeps track of several calendars that do not talk to each other — all at once. When a physician runs late, there is no way to tell the waiting patients other than one phone call at a time.
The approach
One calendar that shows every physician in parallel lanes. A single action that declares a delay and prepares the notification for approval. One queue for requests that arrive by portal, SMS or phone. A read-only patient view, reached through a link in a text message — no account, no password, no app to install, and full parity through plain SMS for anyone who never opens it.
The boundary
ClinicOS is administrative software and is built to stay that way. It does not categorise clinical content. It does not rank anyone. The request queue is chronological within a category the patient chooses. No language model comes near patient data. The emergency notice is static and always visible — it is never triggered by a decision of the software. These are architectural rules, not policy statements.

The mark
ONE CUT · THREE READINGSA broken ring, one rising line — drawn once, read three ways. On Panel A the ring is set in bone and the line in signal light, so the mark glows quietly on the splash green.
Lockups
PER PANEL ATwo lockups, one voice. Panel A is the product lockup — wordmark in bone, a single mist rule, the descriptor letter-spaced beneath. The identity lockup keeps the green OS for documents and light surfaces.

MINIMUMS — PANEL LOCKUP 280 PX · IDENTITY LOCKUP 160 PX · MARK 24 PX
Colour
SIX INKS · NOTHING ELSEThe palette is six inks and nothing else. Every green surface is Splash at full strength with white at opacity on top for light; on bone, the shading is Splash at opacity. Light is capped per surface by the text it carries: the page holds --fg-soft at white .12, and the surfaces that set mist — Panel A, the band, the chips, the tiles — hold the deeper cap at .048. Bone speaks, mist whispers, the accent marks only what is active.
ACCENTS IN CONTEXT — SIGNAL LIGHT ON SPLASH · SIGNAL DEEP ON BONE
Type
GROTESK SPEAKS · MONO REPORTSSpace Grotesk speaks to people. Space Mono reports to machines — including the descriptor on Panel A, letter-spaced in mist. They never swap roles. In Greek, where Space Grotesk and Space Mono have no glyphs, the human voice is set in IBM Plex Sans and the system voice in IBM Plex Mono; the ClinicOS wordmark stays Latin.
Scheduling, calendars, people.
Four physicians, one calendar, one screen — reception sees it all at a glance.
