ClinicOS is an administrative coordination platform for private medical practices. It is designed around the practice secretary rather than the physician, and it is in development — not yet available.
In a practice with two or three physicians, the day does not run on the physician. It runs on the secretary. She serves the person at the desk, answers the telephone and tracks several calendars that do not talk to each other — at the same time. When a physician runs late there is no way to tell the waiting patients except one call at a time.
One calendar showing every physician in parallel lanes. A single action that declares a delay and prepares the notice for approval. One queue for requests arriving by portal, SMS or telephone. A read-only patient view reached by a link in a text message — no account, no password, no app to install, and full equivalence by plain SMS for anyone who never opens it.
ClinicOS is administrative software and is built to stay that way. It classifies no clinical content. It ranks nobody. The request queue is chronological within a category the patient chooses. No language model sits anywhere near patient data. The emergency notice is static and always visible — never triggered by anything the software decides. These are architectural rules, not policy statements.
